  Lakeland Florist, 821 Callahan St. has been in Muskogee since 1960. Jack & Dale Thompson owned the shop for 20 years. Curtis & Peggy Jenkins owned it from 1980 to 1998. Gary & Kathy Horton are in their 10th year as the current owners. The blessing of very good employees who get our work done can't be emphasized enough. From the people servicing the phone, the designers, and the drivers, it takes everybody working in concert to be voted best florist seven years running. We are members of two wire services Teleflora and FTD which means we can access shops located all over the world for our local and out of town customers needing to send flowers anywhere. We charge a $4.95 wire fee for an order sent out of Muskogee by way of one of these wire services. We charge a $17.95 wire fee when the order goes out of the USA. A simple formula to understand the cost of sending flowers is: Arrangement Price + Sales Tax + Delivery Charge + Wire Fee = Grand Total. We do not charge a wire fee unless we have to use one of our wire services to get the order delivered. Our local delivery in Muskogee is $5.00. Out of city limits is $7.00 and we service small towns near by for increased delivery.\n\nOur designers can provide a wonderful bouquet of your choice for every occasion. Arrangements are priced starting at $25.00 - $50.00 - $75.00 - $100.00 and up based on your needs. Out of town orders usually start at $35.00 plus delivery. Each out of town shop has their own delivery charges which range from $5.00 to $12.00. According to our customers, we are known in Muskogee as the best place to order Funeral flowers. Prices for slumber room arrangements start at $35.00 plus deliver which include Carnations & Daisies only for this price. Slumber room arrangement prices for more expensive flowers run $50.00 - $75.00 - $100.00 and up to $500.00. We also carry a large selection of assorted 6" - 8" & 10" Pot Size indoor Green Plants from Florida. Prices range $22.50 for Pothos Ivy Tubs, $50.00 for 8" Peace Lily to $120.00 for 4 cane Corn Plants. A very good selection of seasonal blooming plants are kept in stock from greenhouses located in our area. Prices start with 6 " Mums at $25.00 to 6" Azaleas at $37.50. Many brides can testify that their Wedding Flowers were exactly as they wished when ordered from our talented designers at Lakeland Florist.
